From booking to keys — in seven simple steps.
We've made pickup as smooth and transparent as possible. Here's exactly what happens, so there are no surprises on the day.
1. Booking approval
Submit your reservation online. Most approvals happen within minutes during business hours. You'll receive an email and a personal WhatsApp message the moment you're cleared.
2. Required documents
Bring a valid driver's license (any country), a government photo ID or passport, and the credit/debit card you used to book. International drivers should also bring their IDP if their license isn't in English.
3. Deposit collection
At pickup, we pre-authorize a refundable security deposit on your card. The exact amount is disclosed before booking — no surprises. Deposits are released back to you within 3–5 business days after return.
4. Vehicle inspection
We walk around the vehicle together and photograph every panel. You'll receive a digital copy of the inspection so existing wear is documented and you're never billed for it.
5. Pickup & handover
We hand over the keys, demo the controls, and answer any questions. You're free to drive away — with 24/7 roadside support a phone call away.
6. Return process
Return the vehicle to the same branch, at the agreed time, with a full tank. We do a quick joint inspection, release your deposit, and email your final receipt.
