Shift4-secured payments
All card payments are processed by Shift4, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Tower Automotive never sees or stores your full card number — Shift4 handles every transaction end-to-end.
Data protection
Your personal information is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. We use HTTPS for every page and TLS for every API call. Backups are encrypted at rest. Only authorized Tower Automotive staff can access reservation records.
Driver document protection
Driver licenses, IDs, and passports uploaded for verification are stored encrypted and accessed only to confirm your booking. We never share, sell, or transfer your documents to third parties.
Secure email communication
Transactional emails are sent through encrypted (TLS) SMTP. Confirmations, receipts, and reminders are delivered securely. We will never email you asking for your password or full card number.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your booking preferences. We also use Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure our advertising: page visits, ad clicks and whether a visit led to a booking, enquiry, application, payment or WhatsApp click. We never send Google your name, email, phone, licence, date of birth, card details or notes. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and Google tracking waits for their choice. Accept: Google Ads may set advertising cookies and receives page visits and the actions above, used for ad measurement and ad optimisation. Reject (or no choice yet): no advertising cookies are set and none of these actions are sent; Google may only receive a basic cookieless signal that the page loaded. you can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. You can also limit ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. We do not sell data.
