We keep our rental terms straightforward so you always know what to expect. If you're unsure about anything, message us — we'll explain plainly.
Minimum age
Primary drivers must be at least 21. Premium and luxury vehicles require drivers 25+. Additional drivers must meet the same age and license requirements.
Driver license requirements
A valid driver's license held for at least 6 months is required. International licenses are accepted. If your license is not in English or French, please bring an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a certified translation.
Fuel policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned at the same level. Returns below the marked fuel level are subject to a refuel charge plus a small service fee. EV rentals follow the same parity policy with charge level.
Smoking & pets
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside a vehicle (including vape) results in a $250 cleaning fee. Pets are welcome when transported in a carrier — any excess cleaning is charged at cost.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup are fully refunded. Within 48 hours, the deposit may be retained. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Weather and emergencies are handled case by case — call us, we're reasonable.
Late return fees
A 60-minute grace period is included on every return. Beyond that, late returns are charged at $25/hour up to a maximum of one additional rental day. Please call ahead if you need an extension — we usually accommodate.
Prohibited use
Vehicles may not be used for off-road driving, racing, towing, or transporting hazardous materials. Ride-share use (Uber, Lyft, food delivery) requires our prior written approval — ask about our rideshare-approved fleet.
Responsibility during accidents
In any incident, ensure everyone's safety first, call 911 if required, document the scene with photos, exchange information with other parties, and notify us immediately. Damage covered by your selected protection plan is settled directly with the insurer.
